To ensure the best service for everyone, we have a few simple policies in place. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth, welcoming atmosphere and allow us to focus on delivering exceptional hair care and styling.

By respecting these policies, you’re helping us deliver the best experience for all our clients, as well as our team.

    • Cancelling + Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This amount must be paid before booking a new appointment.

    • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your appointment, at the stylist’s discretion, and a $50 fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.

    • Emergency Grace Policy: Each client is granted one emergency cancellation or reschedule per calendar year without any fees. Subsequent missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments without proper notice will incur the standard cancellation fee, which must be paid prior to booking the next appointment.

  • If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving over 15 minutes late could shorten your appointment or require rescheduling to prevent disruption to other clients. We strive to accommodate you while maintaining the quality of our service.

  • To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly request that children under 7 accompany you only if they have a scheduled appointment.

    We love your little ones, but for their comfort and safety, children under 7 years of age should not attend appointments with their parents unless they have their own service scheduled.

    • Appointments for children should be booked separately from those of their parents to ensure they receive the dedicated attention they deserve.

    • For safety reasons, children must not be left unattended in the salon at any time.

  • Respectful Environment: We ask all clients to treat our team and fellow clients with respect and kindness.

    Disruptive Behavior: Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate termination of the appointment without a refund.
