Please take a few moments to complete the questionnaire below. Once we’ve received your form, we’ll pass it along to the stylist you’ve selected. They’ll personally review your information and reach out as soon as a consultation or appointment becomes available.

From there, a consultation is required for all new hair clients (extension, color, scalp health, and combination services). Lash clients are the only exception.

Our consultations allow us to get to know you and your hair before scheduling your service. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, assess the health and integrity of your hair and scalp, create a customized plan, determine timing and pricing, answer any questions, and ensure we have everything needed to give you the best possible experience on your appointment day.

At Moxie Jays, we want you to feel completely confident in your stylist. If, after your consultation, you feel that another stylist may be a better fit for your schedule, budget, maintenance preferences, or desired style, you’re always welcome to schedule a consultation with another member of our team. Our goal is simply to help you find the stylist who is the best fit for you because we believe the right match creates the best results.
